Service Description
Pamper your vehicle. This service includes an exterior hand wash, clay bar treatment, scratch removal, paint polishing & wax. Along with a detailed rim cleaning and tire shine. On the inside we will vacuum all carpets and seats, shampoo mats, clean out + wipe down all compartments and surfaces. We will spot clean fabric seats as needed and clean + condition leather seats. Glass cleaning is included and air freshener. This service is ideal for customers who are car enthusiasts, own high end cars or have recently experienced a high traffic event in their car and are looking to get a deep clean.




Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:** 1. **Cancellation Window:** - Customers must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid any cancellation fees. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost. 2. **Rescheduling:** - Customers may reschedule their appointment without penalty if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. - Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to availability, and the same cancellation fee policy applies if the appointment needs to be canceled. 3. **No-Shows:** - Failure to show up or respond for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the service cost. 4. **Payment of Fees:** - Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid in full before booking any future appointments. 5. **Exceptions:** - Exceptions to the cancellation and rescheduling policy may be considered in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. On a case by case bases. 6. **Online Booking Platform:** - Customers are encouraged to manage their bookings through our online platform for ease of scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling. 7. **Communication:** - All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly through the online booking platform, email, or phone. Requests made through any other means may not be considered valid. 8. **Refunds:** - Refunds for cancellations made within the allowable window will be processed within 2 business days using the original method of payment. Notice will be given via your preferred method of communication. Please refer to your card issuer or bank for your merchant processors timeframe for processing on refunds into your account. 9. **Policy Acknowledgement:** - By booking an appointment with us, customers acknowledge that they have read and agreed to abide by this cancellation and rescheduling policy. 10. **Policy Updates:** - This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any updates or revisions will be communicated to customers through our website or other official communication channels.
